We’ll hear an essay by Dave Krier about the long history of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act or MBTA. This treaty is a cornerstone agreement protecting the birds which passthrough Wisconsin and which we enjoy during spring and fall migrations. It has held up for well over 100 years, and is an agreement that has had great accomplishments.
