Richard Waldvogel lives in Viroqua and shares his deep passion and concern for the displaced people of Tibet. Tenzin Sonam is a representative from the University Of Minnesota Students For A Free Tibet who Richard invited to Viroqua to share his story with students at Laurel High School. We also took clips from Richard’s audio collection focusing on news about the Chinese occupation of Tibet and the liberation movement worldwide.

This program is graphic and provocative giving a real sense of the constant struggle towards reuniting displaced Tibetans with their occupied homeland.
