Recently retired after 35 years in family practice, Dr. Paul Bergquist earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1986 and completed a residency in family medicine in St. Paul, MN. His practice included acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathy, functional medicine, shamanism, and art therapy, in addition to regular allopathic medical practice. In this talk, Dr. Bergquist discusses preventing disease and building health with integrative medicine techniques, emphasizing naturopathic approaches.
